No Pitch November

No Pitch November is a new incentive designed to give softball pitchers a much-needed break by encouraging them to step away from pitching for the month of November. After a long season of games, practices, and lessons, taking time off allows their arms and bodies to fully recover from the repeated stress of pitching. This break helps reduce the risk of overuse injuries, gives sore muscles and joints time to heal, and allows pitchers to reset both physically and mentally. By catching a break in November, athletes can come back stronger, healthier, and more motivated, ready to train smart and pitch their best when the next season begins. We reccommend all softball pitchers follow this incentive to the best of their abilities.
